Paolo Zorza, owner of Paolo's Gelato Italiano at 41 John St., also plans to introduce 10 new flavors that are Charleston-inspired: Carolina Gold Rice Pudding, Sweet Black Tea and Mint, Sweet Potato Pie, Lemon Chess Pie, Marsh Mud, Banana Rum Pudding, Benne Wafer Crunch, Peach Cobbler, Jasmine Blossom and Iced Chicory Coffee.
