A car crashed into the Trident Pain Center in North Charleston Wednesday morning.

The driver of a Chevrolet Impala accidently hit the gas instead of the breaks, crashing the car into the center at 9267 Medical Plaza Drive, North Charleston police spokesman Spencer Pryor said.

One person inside the facility received a minor injury in the crash, Pryor said.

The center refused to comment on the incident.

The driver was ticketed for careless operation, Pryor said.
