Charleston Police discovered a man had three active arrest warrants when he was stopped for riding a bike at night without head or tail lights.

Kevin Lee Hensarling, 26, of Sequoia Street was wanted in Charleston on a charge of breach of trust with fraudulent intent in connection with an incident involving $1,500. Moncks Corner Police wanted Hensarling for failure to appear in court on a traffic charge. And the Dorchester County Sheriff’s Office had an arrest warrant for Hensarling on a charge of obtaining property under false pretenses involving $2,000 or less.

Hensarling was riding his bike in the Ardmore subdivision. His wife responded to the scene and took possession of the bicycle. He was taken to the Al Cannon Detention Center. The arrest was made on Thursday.
