Social services innovator Bert Cicenia dies
SUMMERVILLE — The man who helped found the Coastal Center Social for people with developmental disabilities and the Children in Crisis emergency shelter for abused minors, Bert Cicenia, died Wednesday.
Ebert F. “Bert” Cicenia was 95 years old.
He was a social services pioneer for Dorchester County and an innovator of those services.
