Rivers near Otranto closed after collision
Lanes are closed and traffic is backed up after a collision involving several cars on Rivers Avenue near Otranto Boulevard in North Charleston.
All lanes going toward Goose Creek are closed and traffic heading toward Charleston is slow.
Officials advise avoiding the area.
