Evangelical speaker Beth Moore coming to North Charleston
Beth Moore, a popular evangelical speaker known for her dynamic, large-scale Bible study sessions, will appear at the North Charleston Coliseum 6-9:30 p.m. Aug. 24, and 7:30 a.m.-noon Aug. 25.
Moore’s “Living Proof Live” conferences include worship leader Travis Cottrell and a Praise Team, and generally attract thousands in the audience.
She typically does not prepare a formal lesson in advance, deciding at each session to speak about the portion of Scripture “that God lays on her heart.”
Moore, 55, is an author and teacher who started the Houston, Texas-based Living Proof Ministries in 1994.
The organization focuses primarily on women seeking to live their lives according to evangelical Christian principles.
The cost of the conference is $65 and registration is required. Group pricing is available.
