Video Recipe of the Week: Watermelon Shooter
Makes 12 shooters
2 pounds seedless watermelon, diced
1 ripe mango, diced
4 ounces peach nectar
˝ lemon, diced
Puree watermelon, mango, peach nectar and lemon in a blender.
Strain and serve chilled.
