Charleston police hope to capture a Columbia man who, officials said, had an ongoing dispute with a man killed Saturday on King Street.
Police want William Lamont Seabrook, 26, on warrants for murder and possession of a firearm during the commission of a violent crime in connection with the death of 27-year-old DeAndre Bradley, authorities said. Police said Bradley and Seabrook had been involved in a dispute for several months prior to the shooting.
Someone shot Bradley in his lower left leg and right arm at 703 King St. around 2 a.m. Saturday. Bradley died at the scene.
Family members told police that Bradley had been on his way to his grandmotherís house on Sumter Street before he died.
Anyone with information should call Charleston police at 577-7434 or Crime Stoppers at 554-1111. The investigation continues.
