Former Citadel basketball standout Cameron Wells is set to play for the Milwaukee Bucks in the NBA Summer League beginning Monday against New Orleans in Las Vegas.

Wells, a 6-1 guard, is the leading scorer in Citadel history with 2,049 points. He played last season in a pro league in Holland, averaging 14.3 points, 3.6 assists and 2.4 steals per game.

The Milwaukee roster also includes former South Carolina Gamecock Tarence Kinsey, a 6-6 guard, and 6-11 forward John Henson of North Carolina.

Milwaukee will play five Summer League games from July 16-22.

The Indiana Pacers are sending point guard Darren Collison and wing player Dahntay Jones to the Dallas Mavericks for center Ian Mahinmi.

The Mavericks are adding 7-foot center Chris Kaman, a step forward for a team that failed to persuade guard Deron Williams to leave the Brooklyn Nets and play in his hometown. Dallas is also losing guards Jason Kidd and Jason Terry in free agency.

The Charlotte Bobcats agreed to a two-year contract with former Los Angeles Lakers point guard Ramon Sessions.

Sessions replaces D.J. Augustin, whose qualifying offer was earlier rescinded.
