Daniel Island holds kids triathlon
The seventh annual Daniel Island Kids’ Triathlon attracted 76 youths on June 23, with the competitors participating in swimming, cycling and running abilities.
Children in the 7- to 10-year-old division swam 100 meters, rode a bicycle 2.4 miles and concluded with a half-mile run. Children 11-14 swam 200 meters, biked 5.5 miles and ran one mile.
