Adopt-a-thon
What: The Charleston Animal Society will have adoptable pets on-site.

When: 10 a.m.-2 p.m. first and third Saturday of every month.

PAWS Camp

What: PAWS Camp is for middle school-age children looking to expand their knowledge in the field of animal welfare through hands-on learning and activities at Pet Helpers. Register by July 1.

When: July 9-13 (other sessions full)

Where: 1447 Folly Road
Price: $100 per session

Saturday, July 14

Puppy Club
What: Start your puppy off on the right paw by socializing him with other dogs. Puppy Club members are invited to join a monthly play date to learn proper socialization techniques. Each month you must register as space is limited. Please bring proof of current vaccinations to each play date. Puppies must have all vaccinations (16 weeks and older).

When: 10-11 a.m. second Saturday of each month

Where: Charleston Animal Society, 2455 Remount Road

Price: Free with a donation to shelter
