Our newest blogger Dawn Berger is an incredible drug- store shopper. She's great at finding the best deals and showing us how to use coupons and rebates to get even better deals.

Hair color
Dawn stocks up on hair color when it's a good deal. CVS has Clairol Nice 'n Easy on sale for $5.99 (regularly $7.99). Use the $2 coupon from The Post and Courier's June 17 Smart Source insert, which makes it $3.99. (Didn't get a Sunday paper? Stop by our office at 134 Columbus St. to pick up a copy.)

The purchase counts toward CVS' current rebate that gets you 10 Extra Care Bucks back when you buy $30 worth of select P&G products.

And if you scan your card at the coupon kiosk, you might get an additional $2 off coupon for the hair color. Dawn was able to score hers for $1.99 per box. This sale runs through Saturday.

Deodorant
Starting July 1, get free Mitchum deodorant at Walgreens after Register Rewards by using a $1 off Mitchum coupon located on the Savvy blog. Here's what you do: Print off two coupons from the blog. You'll get $4 in Register Rewards when you buy two Mitchum or Lady Mitchum Deodorants, 1.5-2.7 ounces at $3 each. Using both $1 off Mitchum or Mitchum for Women Product makes them free.

Super coupons
And of course, the fabulous Teri Bennett always lets us know what is going on in our local grocery stores. Harris Teeter is having its big Super Double Coupon (up to $2) event through Tuesday.

Don't miss out on our deals. Visit the blog regularly because we update it constantly. You can find it at www.postandcourier.com/savvyshopper.
