Kathleen McElwee Dille has joined The Citadel as a staff architect in the Office of Construction Management. She is a registered architect and has more than 18 years of industry experience. Previously, she was with Josie Abrams, Architect.
Consulting
Jessica Browning has been promoted at The Winkler Group to assistant vice president for communications. Prior to joining the Mount Pleasant-based firm in 2009, she was director of membership and marketing for the Chrysler Museum of Art in Norfolk, Va. She has a bachelor’s degree from Duke University and a master’s degree in business administration from the College of William and Mary.

Sandra L. Clerici has been named interim head of school at Trident Academy in Mount Pleasant, effective July 1. Currently, she is interim upper school principal at Porter-Gaud School and she has also served in positions at Charleston Collegiate School. Also, she was president of Mount de Chantal Visitation Academy in Wheeling, W.Va., for 10 years.

Jeanne Kratzer has joined Mount Pleasant-based indigoadvocates as a patient advocate. She has a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Viterbo College and is a registered nurse.
Insurance
Telfair Parker Jr. has joined Anderson Insurance Associates LLC as a property and casualty insurance producer. He has a bachelor’s degree from The University of the South, Sewanee.
Law
Brittany F. Boykin has joined the Charleston-based law firm Clawson and Staubes as an associate attorney in the litigation section. She practices in personal injury defense and insurance litigation. She has a bachelor’s degree from the College of Charleston and a law degree from the Charleston School of Law.
Manufacturing
Eric Carlson has been promoted to president of Streit USA Armoring LLC in North Charleston. Previously, he was vice president and director of operations for the company. He has more than 17 years of experience in the armored vehicle business.
Nonprofit
Kim Sturgeon has been named associate vice president for development and executive director of the Trident Technical College Foundation. She has been with the college for 12 years, most recently as assistant vice president for advancement. She has a bachelor’s degree in political science from St. Andrews Presbyterian College and a master’s degree in public administration from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.
Pharmacy
Hope Gale and Christan Reese have joined Delta Pharmacy & Medical Supply as pharmacy technicians in its Moncks Corner location. Gale has an associate’s degree from Trident Technical College, and Reese has a degree from Virginia College.
Real estate
Kirstin Turner has joined the Charleston office of Colliers International as a brokerage assistant. Previously, she was with the commercial real estate firm’s Los Angeles office. She has a bachelor’s degree in business administration and Spanish from the University of Oregon.
Kim Katich has joined Mount Pleasant-based Harbor City Real Estate Advisors LLC as an agent.
She also is a principal owner and investor with Exclusive Real Estate Investors LLC.
Software
Ashley Adams and Chuck Turner have joined Vision Software Solutions.
Adams is a business development representative. She has five years of experience in sales and marketing. She has a bachelor’s degree from the College of Charleston.
Turner is marketing director. He has 15 years of experience in marketing. He has a bachelor’s degree from the College of Charleston.
