Ross triumphs at Palmetto Championships

William Ross captured first place in the Palmetto Tennis Championships recently.

Ross, a 9-year-old rising fourth-grader at Sullivan’s Island Elementary School, won the 10-and-under age division for boys, and he also was a finalist in the doubles with Zachary Dacuba of Mount Pleasant.

Ross trains at the Family Circle Tennis Center with Brian Minton and Chris Peake, and also at Snee Farm Country Club with Rich Shy.
