U.S. Rep. Tim Scott to hold economic town hall meeting

U.S. Rep. Tim Scott will hold an economic town hall meeting from 5:30-7 p.m. May 23 in Charleston County Council’s chambers.

Scott, R-S.C., plans to discuss the challenges facing the nation’s economy and job creation and what House Republicans are doing. Those attending will be given a chance to ask questions. The county’s offices are at 4045 Bridge View Drive in North Charleston.

Scott also plans to converse with constituents via Twitter at 3:30 p.m. Thursday via the hashtag: #TweetinWithTim. Scott’s Twitter handle is @RepTimScott.
