Former Clemson golfer Byrd tied for 19th at Masters
Former Clemson golfer Jonathan Byrd shot an even round of 72 Saturday in the third round of the Masters to maintain his one-under mark for the tournament.
Byrd is tied for 19th place, trailing leader Peter Hanson (-9) by eight strokes after three rounds.
Byrd made the cut at the Masters for just the second time since 2003.
Three other golfers with Clemson ties participated but failed to make the cut including Lucas Glover, Kyle Stanley and current Clemson golfer Corbin Mills.
