Bucs, USC clash tonight
Charleston Southern hits the road tonight for a baseball game against No. 3 South Carolina set for 7 p.m. at Carolina Stadium.
Kevin Buran is scheduled to start for the Buccaneers (5-11). The junior right-hander is 0-1 with a 5.54 ERA in 13 innings.
Adam Westmoreland will start for the Gamecocks (13-1). The junior left-hander hasn't allowed a run this season.
USC leads the overall series, 68-11.
Charleston Southern coach Stuart Lake served as an assistant coach for the Gamecocks from 1999-2002.
