Citadel baseball loses to WCU
The Citadel lost game two of its three-game series with Western Carolina today, dropping an 11-4 decision to Western Carolina at Riley Park.
Connor Andrus hit two doubles and drove in three runs for Western Carolina (11-4, 1-1 Southern Conference). The Bulldogs (7-7, 1-1) gave up seven runs in the first two innings after winning Friday's series opener, 4-2.
The rubber match of the series is set for 1 p.m. Sunday.
