Golf tournament to help Respite Care
The eighth annual Golf Tournament for Respite Care Charleston will be held March 19 on Seabrook Island.
Money raised during the tournament will be used to offset the costs of providing care and support to families affected by Alzheimer's disease or a related form of dementia.
Respite Care Charleston is a nonprofit organization that offers programs to enhance the quality of life for people with memory-related diseases. The daily programs benefit participants by working to improve their lives through activities, music and social interaction.
Tournament sponsorships are available for $100 to $5,000.
Golfer registration is $150 per person and includes the greens fee, cart, lunch, on-course refreshments and awards reception with dinner, beer and wine. Golfers can register as a team or as individuals.
