The second of two towering container cranes is transported by barge Wednesday to the State Ports Authority�s Wando Welch Terminal in Mount Pleasant from the Columbus Street Terminal in downtown Charleston. The other made the voyage Feb. 12. This 1,500-ton crane had about 15 feet of clearance as it passed under the Ravenel Bridge at low tide.
