Athlon Sports magazine inside Saturday's paper

The February issue of Athlon Sports magazine will be included in Saturday’s edition of The Post and Courier.

Saturday's edition of The Post and Courier will include a copy of Athlon Sports magazine.

The national publication will be included in the newspaper on a selected Saturday each month.

The February edition includes a 2012 NASCAR preview and a Q&A with Duke basketball coach Mike Krzyzewski.

The NASCAR preview provides a quick primer to the season, which includes 2012 storylines and the five drivers most likely to top the standings in November, as well as information on the Daytona International Speedway.

Krzyzewski, who has been called "the modern-day John Wooden" by Louisville coach Rick Pitino, has led the Blue Devils to 11 Final Four appearances and four national titles. In the Athlon interview, Krzyzewski shows an appreciation for literature in speaking about his coaching style and leadership.

The magazine also features trivia, statistical trends and a sports crossword puzzle.

Next month's edition of Athlon Sports will be included in the newspaper on March 24.
