Karl Cochran scored 18 points, 14 in the second half, and made a key block as Wofford escaped with a 62-55 victory over The Citadel at McAlister Field House.
With Wofford up by 59-55 in the final minute, the 6-1 Cochran blocked a driving layup by Ashton Moore to help preserve the Terriers' 11th straight win over the Bulldogs.
Wofford improved to 13-8 overall and 6-3 in Southern Conference basketball. The Citadel, led by 14 points from Bo Holston and 10 from Mike Groselle, lost its fifth straight to fall to 4-16 overall and 1-8 in the SoCon.
The Citadel hosts Furman on Saturday.
