Former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney will come to Charleston on Friday morning to deliver a major foreign policy speech.
The speech is expected to be Romney’s most in-depth foreign policy comments to date and will go beyond the country’s involvement in Iraq and Afghanistan.
Romney told Fox radio and television host Sean Hannity that the speech would focus on what changes must be made to keep America as the leader of the world.
