Free admission Saturday at North Charleson Fire Museum

The North Charleston and American LaFrance Fire Museum and Educational Center will suspend general admission fees on Saturday in honor of the nine Charleston firefighters killed in the Sofa Super Store fire.

The fatal blaze occurred June 18, 2007.

The museum at 4975 Centre Pointe Drive is open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 1 to 5 p.m. on Sundays.
