Tennessee-based blues musician Marshall Ballew makes his festival debut when he appears tonight in the Early Bird Blues series at Mad River Bar and Grille. The multi-instrumentalist has collaborated with many artists and hosted a radio show in North Carolina. The show starts at 5 p.m. Stick around Mad River for their Happy Hour specials which run from 4 to 8 p.m. and include half-priced appetizers, as well as house liquor for $4 and beer for $2.50.
