Lasso some street eats and go for a gastronomic ride Sunday at a Food Truck Rodeo in North Charleston's Park Circle district.
Four local food trucks will be the main attraction from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Mixson neighborhood's great lawn off Summey Street.
The brunch-themed event, hosted by the Charleston Food Truck Federation, will feature these vendors:
--The Little Blue Brunch Truck, home of the Diggity Doughnuts and vegetarian and vegan fare.
--Roti Rolls, offering local organic meat and veggies wrapped in house-made Indian flatbreads.
--Hello My Name is BBQ, serving traditional Southern barbecue and sides.
--Happy Camper Snoballs, a vintage 1965 camper made into a snoball stand.
--Social Wine Bar, serving sparkling wine and fresh mimosas.
Food trucks accept cash only, and free parking is available. Mixson also offers an on-site, off-leash dog park (leashed dogs are welcome anywhere).
