Mediterranean series: European-trained chef Deb Howieson is leading weekly demonstration classes with The Wine Shop that focus on Mediterranean foods and wines, 6:30 -8:30 p.m. Wednesdays, April 27-May 25. The series begins with Southern Italy, followed by Spain, France, Greece and Northern Italy. $40 per class includes demonstration and tastings of prepared foods and wines.
