Bruce Toler has been promoted to branch administrator of Community FirstBank's downtown Charleston location. He joined the bank in 2008 and a worked as a teller and personal banking specialist. He has a bachelor's degree in history from Radford University.
Catering
Blair Stegall has joined Tides Folly Beach as the hotel's catering sales manager. She has a bachelor's degree from the College of Charleston.
Florist
Bonnie Antley and Stephanie Zogg have been promoted at Charleston Florist Inc. Antley is manager. She has more than 20 years of experience in the floral industry and previously was with Creech's Florist. Zogg is manager of special events. She has 15 years of experience.
Law
Clay M. Grayson and David C. Humphreys III of Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd's Charleston office have been named shareholders in the law firm, effective Jan. 1.
Grayson is a business lawyer. He has a bachelor's degree from the College of Charleston and a master's degree in international business studies from the University of South Carolina and law degree from the USC School of Law.
Humphreys is a land use, real estate development and project finance lawyer. He has a bachelor's degree in history from USC and a law degree from the USC School of Law.
Logistics
Don H. "Bo" Brown Jr. has been promoted to president of Rogers & Brown Custom Brokers Inc. in Charleston, effective Jan. 1. Previously, he was the company's vice president of administration. He has a bachelor's degree in corporate communications from the College of Charleston. He succeeds Pete Smith, who remains with Rogers & Brown as executive vice president with oversight of Brown Distribution Centers and Rogers & Brown North American Logistics.
Also, Sandra Horan was promoted to vice president of administration at Rogers & Brown. Previously, she was director of sales.
Medical
Dr. Kenneth Mitchell has joined Roper St. Francis Physician Partners as medical director for Roper St. Francis Bariatric and Metabolic Services, based on the West Ashley campus of Bon Secours St. Francis Hospital. Previously, he practiced general and bariatric surgery with Pinehurst Surgical Clinic and First Health/Moore Regional Hospital in Pinehurst, N.C. He has a medical degree from East Carolina University and completed a residency at Pitt County Memorial Hospital in Greenville, N.C.
Nonprofit
Aimee White has joined Trident United Way as director of measurement and policy. She has a bachelor's degree in political science from Vanderbilt University and a master's degree in educational leadership from Penn State University. She is a Ph.D. candidate in social work at the University of South Carolina and is a proprietor of Custom Evaluation Services.

Maureen Cody and Diane Szoke have joined Dunes Properties as agents. They are based at The Real Estate Studio in downtown Charleston.
Chuck Aydlette and Chip Aydlette have joined Carolina One Real Estate and Mortgage's Mount Pleasant office on Long Point Road. The operate as The Aydlette Team.

Jason Davey and Otis M. Pickett III have joined Vision Software Solutions in Charleston as national sales representatives. Previously, Davey was a financial adviser with RBC Insurance. He has a bachelor's degree in business administration from The Citadel. Pickett previously was general manager and general sales manger for Media General in Columbus, Ga. He has a bachelor's degree in broadcast journalism from the University of South Carolina.
