OCCUPATION: Owner of Office Express in Mount Pleasant and freelance corporate events producer.

FAMILY: Wife, Bonny.

EDUCATION: Bachelor of Science in broadcasting from Montana State University, Bozeman.

WORDS THAT DESCRIBE ME: Relatively handy, fairly creative, people think I'm humorous. I'm a bit of a bookworm and a fisherman.

TALENT/HOBBy: I'm a good video editor.

BIGGEST CHARLESTON COUNTY ISSUE: Managing the growth. Of course, my wife and I are part of the problem. We moved to the state in 1994. Mount Pleasant had 30,000 people then, and 16 years later, 75,000.

If I knew today were my last day on Earth, I'd: Buy an expensive, good, bottle of wine and drink it with my wife.

FIRST JOB: A paperboy in N.J.

FAVORITE CHILDHOOD MEMORY: Spending the summers in Barnegat Bay, N.J.

PEople I ADMIRE MOST: My wife, because of her generous and loving nature. I also admire (Far Side cartoonist) Gary Larson because he is hysterical and I admire his ability.

WHEN I WAS YOUNGER, I WANTED TO BE: A pilot, because that's what my father was, but as I grew older, I lost the desire to do that.

ADVICE I would Give others: Hang up and drive.
