Join the Trek Bicycle Store of Mount Pleasant in the national Trek Bicycle Store Breast Cancer Awareness ride at 10 a.m. Saturday. The ride is a 10- or 25-mile casual, family-friendly bike ride to raise public awareness and fund breast cancer research. The route begins at Awendaw Green and goes along SeeWee and Doar roads. The Ace Breast Cancer Tennis Tournament and MUSC Hollings Cancer Center are teaming up with Jenny Sanford to help promote the fight against breast cancer during the eighth annual Ace Breast Cancer tennis tournament today through Sunday. The event is being hosted by the I'On Club, Live to Play and the Snee Farm Country Club and will benefit the Hollings Cancer Center. The cost for each player is $45 for one event and an ad- ditional $15 for a second event (limit two events per player).
