Details: The class is for puppies 8 weeks-5 months old. Puppies do not attend first class. Participants must pay the registration fee, have shot records and sign up prior to class. What: Companion Dog Obedience.

What: Tom Cat Blitz.
Who: Pet Helpers.
When: Aug. 29 by appointment.
Where: Pet Helpers Spay and Neuter Clinic, 1447 Folly Road.
Details: Male cats will be neutered for $15. Two vaccines are required. Cat owners will need to show proof of current rabies and FVRCP (distemper combo) vaccinations for their pet or they may get the vaccines on the day of the surgery for $5 each. Microchips will be available for $10. Cat owners must make an appointment, and only tame cats are eligible.
