Saturday: Explorer Series, Bird I.D. and Recycled Feeders. 11 a.m. Students explore while identifying birds by looking at their size, shape, markings and beaks. The class is limited to 20 but requires a minimum of 10. This workshop has no age limit. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Free.

Nov. 29: Wambaw Creek Kayak Tour, Coastal Expeditions. 10:30 a.m.-2 p.m. Join Coastal Expeditions Naturalist guides for a kayak adventure through Wambaw Creek Wilderness in the Francis Marion National Forest. Participants should dress for the weather. Bring along a jacket, snacks/lunch, bottle of water and, perhaps, dry clothes and shoes for after the trip. Participants will meet at Bulls Bay Supply in McClellanville. Registration required. Space is limited.
