Toys for Tots is accepting applications from families who wish to receive toys this holiday season.
Through Nov. 7, individuals can sign-up at the group’s “toy factory” at Northwoods Mall, 2150 Northwoods Blvd., North Charleston, across from Chick-Fil-A near the entrance to Sears.
Applications will be take from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays and from noon to 5 p.m. Saturdays.
Applicants need to bring:
Children age 15 and younger can receive toys.
Toys for Tots, which accepts only new, unwrapped toys, is one of the oldest programs in the nation that helps families in need, and has been helping families in the Charleston area for more than 50 years. The program is run locally by the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve, Charleston.
