Woman dies after car overturns

A Harleyville woman died when her car went off the road Saturday evening.

The woman was Amanda J. Mizel, 22, of 196 Maxwell Road in Harleyville, Dorchester County Coroner Chris Nisbet said Sunday.

The wreck happened about 7:45 p.m. Saturday on Second Texas Road about six miles south of St. George, Highway Patrol Cpl. Paul Brouthers said. The 2003 four-door Mazda, which was traveling north, went off the road and overturned several times, ejecting the driver, he said.

Nobody else was involved.
