Charleston police arrested a James Island man Monday on child pornography charges.
Christopher William Rackette, 24, is accused of distributing images of 4- to 6-year-old girls being sexually assaulted to an undercover South Carolina Crimes Against Children Task Force officer, a release says. Rackette, who lives on Camp Road, is charged with second-degree child exploitation. He was released from the Charleston County jail Monday on $25,000 bail.
