Cole Hendon has joined the consumer lending division of First Federal as a loan officer. He is a graduate of Auburn University and has experience as a consumer credit manager and lender.
LaRae Kornahrens, merchant representative for the south coast region at the Citadel Mall branch of Carolina First Bank, has been promoted to vice president. She has been with the company for a year and a half and has 16 years of experience in merchant services.

Bob Haltom has joined Landmark Construction Co. Inc. as safety director. He has more than 20 years of experience in construction safety.
Ashley Sklavos, Jennifer Koonce, Cara Bennett and Season Cuadrado have joined Lennar Homes.
Sklavos will work at Baker Plantation in North Charleston. She holds a bachelor's degree in corporate communications from the College of Charleston.
Koonce is a sales associate at Tranquil Hill in Ladson. She has two years of experience in the homebuilding industry. She holds a bachelor's degree in business management from Clemson University.
Bennett is a new home consultant at Tranquil Hill. She has three years of experience in new home sales.
Cuadrado is sales coordinator and strategic marketing assistant. Previously, she was office administrator for Portrait Homes.
Consulting
Kally McCormick has joined Tidewater Environmental Services in Charleston as a biologist and NEPA specialist. She holds a bachelor's degree in marine biology from the College of Charleston. Previously, she was a biologist/environmental planner for the California Department of Transportation.
Education
Tara Hulsey has joined Charleston Southern University as dean of the School of Nursing. Previously, she was associate dean for academics and associate dean for faculty at the Medical University of South Carolina College of Nursing, and regional systems coordinator for the Lowcountry perinatal region at the MUSC College of Medicine. She holds a bachelor's degree in nursing from Clemson University, a master's degree in nursing from MUSC and a Ph.D. in nursing science from the University of South Carolina.

Jeremy Cook has joined Tobias & West LLC as a structural designer. He holds a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from The Citadel. Previously, he was a field engineer for Construction Inspection Administration Inc. of Charleston.

Rebecca Costanzo has joined SunTrust Mortgage as a residential mortgage loan consultant. She has seven years of experience and previously was a mortgage loan officer for Countrywide Home Loans. She holds a bachelor's degree in marketing and communications.

Amy McKinney has joined Margaret Donaldson Interiors to work in marketing and public relations and assist with design projects. She holds a bachelor's degree in business and design from Furman University.

Graeme F. Philp has been named a principal of Buist Moore Smythe McGee PA. He holds a bachelor's degree in business administration and a master's degree in accounting from the University of North Carolina; a J.D. degree from the University of South Carolina; and an LL.M. degree in taxation from New York University School of Law. He practices corporate and tax law.

Andy Pruitt has been promoted to sports managing editor at WCSC-TV. He joined the company in 2004 as a weekend sports anchor and weekday sports reporter for Live 5 News. Previously, he was a sports anchor for WHIZ-TV in Zanesville, Ohio, and sports director at WETM-TV in Elmira, N.Y. He holds a bachelor's degree in broadcast journalism from Syracuse University.

Dr. Mark Meiler has joined Trident Health System as medical director of Trident Senior Health Center in Summerville. He holds a bachelor's degree in biology from the University of Scranton and an M.D. degree from Creighton University. He has 13 years of experience in private practice in Aiken, more than 30 years in family medicine and nearly 20 years in geriatrics.

Gary McManus, Audrey Roth and Jeff Sobers have been promoted at Blackbaud Inc.
McManus is director of core professional services. Previously, he was a practice manager. Before joining the company, he was a consulting practice manager for Lawson Software and vice president of worldwide consulting for Armature Inc.
Roth is consulting manager of the application Raiser's Edge team. She previously was a consultant and consulting solutions manager.
Sobers is consulting manager of the K-12 consulting team. He has been an account manager and financial edge consultant.
