--Josie Iselin, author of "Seashells," will sign copies of her book today at 3 p.m. at the Mount Pleasant Barnes & Noble. Also appearing at the store 2 p.m. Saturday will be Jaimie Muehlhausen, author of "Redneck Words of Wisdom."

--L. Diane Wolfe, author of the young adult book "Mike: The Circle of Friends, Book IV," will sign copies of her book 1-3 p.m. Saturday at the Waldenbooks store in Charleston Place.

--The Lee Brothers (Matt and Ted) will sign copies of their James Beard Award-winning "The Lee Brothers Southern Cookbook" 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at Indigo Books. The brothers also will appear at the West Ashley Barnes & Noble 5-6 p.m. Thursday.

--Haworth Press has announced a June release for "Rainbows and Washtubs," a memoir of medical detective experiences in South Carolina by Dr. Stanley Schuman of Clemson.

--Louisville, Ky., novelist Bill Noel has published, "Folly," a tale of murder and mayhem set on Folly Beach.
