March 24, 2013 Four years ago Ty'Sheoma Bethea wrote a letter to Congress complaining about the dilapitated condition of the junior high school. Today, the school is brand new, built with $30 million in federal aid, but the now 18-year-old still believes that the state needs to do more to help struggling rurall schools.
