July 15, 2012 - What If? Productions stormed Fish restaurant Saturday. Offering up a little bit of France in Charleston, the fourth annual costume party featured can-can girls, a French chanteuse, cocktail specials, burlesque and more. And, of course, Marie Antoinette and her cake made an appearance.
