SEE AND BE SCENE: The Mamie Ruth fashion show by Emily Bargeron at the "Breath of Life" event, a benefit for Hollings Cancer Center in honor of Darlene Westbury Walter held at Alhambra Hall, 6/29.
Breath of Life, held Friday at Alhambra Hall, was an event of rememberance and raising awareness. Hosted by Tim Walter and family, the event was held in memory of Darlene Westbury Walter, a wife and mother who died of lung cancer in 2010. The black-tie optional event, which included a silent auction and designer fashion show, raised funds and awareness for the Hollings Cancer Center's Lung Cancer Center.
