RiverDogs Opening Night
When an approaching storm sent them to their dugout in the first inning of their home opener on Thursday night April 5, 2012, Riverdogs shortstop Cito Culver (clockwise, from foreground), 2nd baseman Angelo Gumbs, centerfielder Mason Williams and pitcher Fred Lewis (22) didn't let it stop them from catching something -- in this case raindrops on their tongues. The drops turned into a deluge that sent the crowd home, with the game to be completed as part of a doubleheader on May 18 at Joe Riley Park.
