Warm a hospice patient's heart by donating a "Basket of Love" to someone who needs it.
Hospice Care of America is organizing the project, which asks residents to fill baskets with items such as stuffed animals, lotions, soaps, mugs, cards and other items to donate to people nearing the end of life.
Drop off baskets now through Feb. 7 at any North Charleston, Goose Creek or town of Summerville firehouse; Hospice Care of America office in West Ashley; MUSC's information desk or MUSC Gives Back Student Center; or The Super Cool Homework Shop in Mount Pleasant's Park West.
Or for pick up, email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 556-2823.
The baskets will be de- livered the week of Valen- tine's Day.
