Walterboro police are searching for two men who robbed a man at gunpoint Tuesday night.
Police officers responded shortly before 10:30 p.m. to the Mobil gas station at 1457 Bells Highway concerning a robbery, an incident report states.
A 47-year-old truck driver told police that he had just finished filling his semi-truck with fuel when two men approached him with a pistol. The men ordered him to get out of the truck, then slammed him onto the ground, police said.
The men stole the truck driver’s wallet, which contained his driver’s license, a debit card, a credit card, a fuel card and $16 in cash, the report stated.
Authorities are still searching for suspects, and anyone with information can call Crime Stoppers at 554-1111.
