A Goose Creek man was arrested Thursday after a search of his residence turned up a cache of illegal drugs and stolen guns, according to the Berkeley County Sheriff’s Office.
Kazshmere Dorae Moultrie, 18, was charged with possession with intent to distribute cocaine base and marijuana and possession of stolen weapons after Drug Enforcement Unit deputies from the Berkeley County Sheriff’s Office conducted a search of his home at 175 Pine Shadow Drive, Goose Creek.
Deputies reported finding 1.17 lbs. of marijuana valued at $5,338; approximately 7.7 gross grams of cocaine base or crack valued at $770; eight pistols, two of which were reported stolen; and 203 rounds of ammunition.
Moultrie is being held at the Hill-Finklea Detention Center awaiting a bail hearing.
