A crew will be working on the railroad tracks on North Rhett Avenue in Hanahan next week, according to a CSX spokeswoman.
The work is scheduled to start Tuesday and should be done by Friday, weather permitting. The work includes replacing rocks, ties and tracks and resurfacing and repaving.
Electronic signs notifying motorists went up Monday.
