Matt and Melanie Capobianco of James Island have been able to visit adoptive daughter Veronica but future visits are being challenged by an attorney appointed to represent the 3-year-old’s interests, according to The Tulsa World.

The newspaper reports some details came out in court documents this weekend though a gag order remains in effect. Included in the court documents was an order recusing the judge from the case, but didn’t spell out why.
