Thomas DiDonato has joined Mount Pleasant-based Tidelands Bank as a mortgage loan officer. He has more than 20 years of mortgage industry experience. Previously, he was with Wells Fargo.
Oskar Hirsch has joined Ed’s Barber Shop in West Ashley’s Westwood Plaza as a barber and stylist. Previously, he was owner of Oskar’s Family Hair Care for 30 years.
Courtney Brady has been promoted to assistant vice president for operations and strategic planning for the Winkler Group in Mount Pleasant. She has a bachelor’s degree from Dartmouth College.
Joel Levitt has joined North Charleston-based Life Cycle Engineering as director of international projects for the North Charleston-based company’s Reliability Consulting Group. He has been organizing training courses at the Life Cycle Institute for more than 10 years while also serving as president of Springfield Resources, a maintenance management training and consulting firm. He has 25 years of industry experience. He has a bachelor’s degree in computer and information science from Temple University.
Stephen Mahaffey has been named president of CEMS Engineering Architecture. He succeeds Hugh Giggleman, who has left the firm. Mahaffey joined CEMS in 2007. Most recently, he was the firm’s principal civil engineer. He has almost 20 years of industry experience. He has a bachelor’s degree from Clemson University.
Dr. William Fish Marsteller IV has joined Charleston GI as a gastroenterologist. Previously, he was gastroenterology and hepatology fellow at the Medical University of South Carolina. He has a medical degree from Ohio State University College of Medicine and completed an internal medicine internship and his residency at the University of Alabama at Birmingham Medical Center.
Andrew L. Dinkelacker has joined the law firm of Wilson & Heyward LLC as an associate attorney. He has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the College of Charleston and a law degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law.
Adam White has been promoted to executive director of Chase After a Cure, which raises money for pediatric cancer research at the Medical University of South Carolina. Previously, he was development director.
Cheryl Hollis, Cara Mitchell and Ashley Tucker have been promoted at Charleston-based WINGS for Kids.
Hollis is regional operations director. Previously, she was senior program director in Charleston and program director at Chicora Elementary.
Mitchell is program director for James Simons Elementary. Previously, she was a program assistant in Charleston.
Tucker is program director at Chicora Elementary. Previously, she was a program assistant.
Codey Nicodemus Stipkala has joined Carolina One Real Estate as an agent based in the Trolley Road office in Summerville. She has a bachelor’s degree in international community development from Oral Roberts University. Previously, she was a captain in Marine Corps.
