The Ordinary and Xiao Bao Biscuit restaurants in downtown Charleston are among 50 nominees across the country for Bon Appetit’s Best New Restaurant.
The magazine’s restaurant and drinks editor Andrew Knowlton compiled the list of nominees over a 120-day, 26,333-mile, 22-state tour of the country. On Aug. 14, the magazine will narrow the list down to the The Hot 10: The Best New Restaurants in America, including Knowlton’s pick for the Restaurant of the Year.
