The Charleston Home Builders Association is hosting an information session this afternoon on some recent revisions to the International Residential Code, changing the way homes are built.
The free event is being held from 1 to 3 p.m. in council chambers at North Charleston City Hall.
The event will also include Building officials from the municipalities of Charleston, Goose Creek, Hanahan, Mount Pleasant, North Charleston and Summerville as well as Charleston, Berkeley and Dorchester counties.
