MURRELLS INLET — Huntington Beach State Park is getting a jump on summer by offering free outdoor movies.
The first movie is Dr. Seuss’s “The Lorax.” It is being screened Saturday night at the park in Murrells Inlet. The movie is free with park admission. Folks should bring beach chairs and bug spray.
The park also offers three miles of pristine beach and has a 2,500-acre freshwater lagoon as well as salt marshes and a maritime forest with lots of wildlife.
